●House Beam deterioration inspection

using stress wave timer

弾性波伝播速度計による構造材の

弾性波伝播時間計測。

構造材の両面に送信受信子を

突き刺し、送信子をハンマーで

打撃する簡単な試験器である。





●Beam Inspection using Resistograph 2007/09/12

Resistograph detect change of hardness of wood

directly and leave 3 mm hole on wood.





Resistographによる構造材の腐朽診断　

直径3mmの鋼製ドリルを木材に貫入して

ドリルにかかる抵抗値を計測しその変化を

波形グラフでワックスペーパーに描いたり

データをメモリーに記録保存します。

PiCUS Sonic Tomograph.

Tree tronics shows water content

distribution of one level of stasnding tree.

The 2D color tomograph helps understanding of

tree decay and exact condition.

It requires expertised knowledge of tree desease.

PiCUS Sonic Tomograph(R) PiCUS-12 Model (Under)

demonstrated by Argus Electronic.

This equipment shows distribution of tree density

as 2 D cloor image on PC software using sensors

strategically attatched around trunk.

PiCUS Sonic Tomograph ピカス弾性波トモグラフは

2000年にドイツ優秀技術賞を受賞した製品で

幹の周りに多数打ち込んだ釘にセンサーをつなぎ

各センサーをハンマーで打撃してセンサー間の

伝播時間を計測演算してＰＣソフト上で2次元

カラー画像にかえるもの。生体診断用のX線CTと

原理は似ている。乾燥した木材と細い枝に

使えないのが短所であるが、計測可能直径は

弾性波の届く限りほとんど無限である。

ドイツIML社のレジストグラフの実演が行われた。

直径3mmの穴は残るが材の硬軟分布が

リアルタイムでワックスペーパーに

印刷される便利なアナログ計測機だ。

日本には12年前から導入されている。

米国ではシロアリ検査にも使われている。

PiCUS音波トモグラフと共用すれば

相乗効果でより正確な結果が得られる。
